REFUND POLICY
FareproTraining and Placement International Refund Policy:
At Farepro Training and Placement International, we prioritize transparency and fairness in our refund policy. Please review the following guidelines:
•Unsuccessful Application: If an application is deemed unsuccessful, the applicant is eligible for a refund of 85% of the training fee.
•Approved Application - Applicant Withdrawal: If an application is approved, but the applicant decides to withdraw for any reason, no refund will be provided. Exceptions to this policy are subject to management approval.
•Approved Application - Medical Non-Approval: In the event that an application is approved, but the candidate does not pass the medical evaluation, a refund of 50% of the training fee will be issued.
•Approved Application - Force Majeure or Fortuitous Events: If an application is approved, and unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure or fortuitous events prevent participation, the refund is subject to management approval.
•Non-refundable amounts: •Application or registration fees •Training Fees paid to external partners for the certification •Taxes •Any fees paid for visa processing to external entities (documented)
•Application for Refund:
- Applicants seeking a refund must formally apply in writing, clearly stating the reason for the refund request.
- All refund requests will be thoroughly reviewed by the management team.
- All refunds shall be processed within 21 working days
